Location & Directions

Located on Lake Mead nigh Bedrock Beach to the due north of Hemenway Launch Ramp.

Enter the park at the Boulder Embankment Archway Station and accept your first right. Travel 1 mile and turn left after the restrooms. Have your kickoff right down the dirt route. Parking is available along the shoreline.

Hemenway Fishing Pier

Located on Lake Mohave northward of the Willow Beach Marina.

Take U.S. 93 to the Willow Embankment Entrance Station. Follow the road past the marina. The pier is located just earlier the fish hatchery. The hatchery releases trout in the Willow Beach area every Friday.

Located on Lake Mohave south of the Katherine Landing Marina.

Take AZ-68 to Davis Dam Road. Turn left. Accept your first correct onto Katherine Supr Road. Continue down the road by the marina and launch ramp. The fishing pier is on the correct.

Fish Cleaning Stations

Fish cleaning stations are located at Hemenway Harbor, Callville Bay, Echo Bay, Temple Bar, Willow Beach, Cottonwood Cove and Katherine Landing. Delight dispose of fish guts properly. Please do not place them on the ground or feed them to wild animals.

Regulations

Fishing is allowed 24 hours a 24-hour interval from watercraft, shores or on the park's iii line-fishing piers located at Hemenway Harbor on Lake Mead and at Willow Beach and Katherine Landing on Lake Mohave.

You lot must carry a valid Nevada or Arizona angling license to fish Lake Mead or Lake Mohave. These can exist purchased in nearby towns or at near park marinas. Marina stores also stock fishing supplies and bait.

Restrictions

Several protected species of fish are constitute in the Colorado River System. 2 of these, the razorback sucker and bonytail chub, may exist found in the lakes. If these fish are caught, they should exist returned to the water. Please written report the catch to the National Park Service Resource Management office at (702) 293-8950.

Fishing is not immune within the posted boundaries of hatcheries, areas immediately in a higher place and below Hoover Dam or waters within the apartment wake buoys around marinas and harbors.
